Because our service is mobile and clinician/nurse-led, each booking includes travel time, preparation, and reserved clinical capacity.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

Kindly inform us 24 hours before, if you would like to reschedule or cancel.

On-site Clinical Assessment (Safety First)

If our clinician arrives and, after screening/assessment, determines IV therapy is not clinically appropriate or safe, the drip will not proceed. In this case, an on-site assessment/call-out fee will be charged (to cover travel, time, and setup), and the balance will be refunded if already paid.

Access & Location Issues

If we cannot proceed due to incorrect address, inability to access the location, unsafe conditions, or the client not being present/available, it is treated as above.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days (bank processing times may vary).

Included Call-Out Fee

Your treatment price includes a mobile call-out component that covers fuel and clinician time; where applicable, this portion may be retained in the event of late cancellation or on-site clinical non-eligibility.

IV In Motion reserves the right to update this policy. The version published on our website at the time of booking applies.
